SINISTER To Headline Romania's HATEWORK FESTIVAL

Dutch death metallers SINISTER have been confirmed as the headliners of the Hatework Festival, set to take place October 7 at Sala mare de la CSS "Grigore Preoteasa" in Bucharest, Romania. The festival billing is shaping up as follows:

SINISTER shot its first-ever live DVD with seven cameras on August 24 at the Stodola Club in Warsaw, Poland. Entitled "Prophecies Denied", the disc will be released in November as a standard DVD and a DVD+CD limited-edition package via Metal Mind Productions.

SINISTER's latest CD, "Afterburner", was released earlier this year through Nuclear Blast Records.

SINISTER's current lineup consists of Aad Kloosterwaard, drummer and founder of the band, on vocals, Alex Paul on guitar, Paul Beltman (ex-JUDGEMENT DAY) on drums, and Bas van den Bogaard on bass.

The band, who re-signed with Nuclear Blast back in 2002 after a one-album stint with the now-defunct Hammerheart Records, has already announced the working title of its next album: "No Mercyful God".
